Common problems in hot melt system work
1. The stigma is too small after melting
(1) The temperature is too low
The more obvious phenomenon is that everything is completed as required. When hot melt system after the fusion is over, it can be seen through observation that the column head is small, the components are relatively loose, and they can even be separated between them. If you look at the thermostat at this time, you can see from the top of the thermostat display that the actual temperature does not match the set temperature.
The solution is: first check whether the thermocouple switch is turned on, otherwise, turn on the thermocouple switch first. The next thing to do is to wait for the actual temperature to reach the set temperature before it can be made into a hot melt.
(2) The hot-melt head and the hot-melt column are not straight after the fusion is completed. From the structural parts, it can be seen that only part of the hot-melt is melted. From the appearance, it seems that the hot-melt column has been forced to bend. Unlike low temperatures, the structural components are very strong.
The solution is: if the hot melt is normal, reposition the good components, indicating that the previous placement is not in place. If it is still the same, you need to debug or reposition the light fixture.
(3) The melting time is too short
When you press the start button and find the deflection of the structural member, press the emergency stop button, the impact of the fixture base and the column will restore the structural member to the normal state, then pull up the emergency button, and the hot melt machine will continue to melt. Observation after the end of fusion, you can see that the stigma of the fusion column is smaller. The reason is that the pressure and melting time are divided into two parts: emergency stop pressure and hot melt, which indicates that the melting time is insufficient.
The solution is: put in the hot-melt fixture and heat-melt again.
2. After the thermal structure is separated
(1) Due to the impact of the fixture base and the stop column, the structural parts are separated
In the awake state, the assembly of the assembly structure enters the fixture, and it will end after the end, and it can be seen that the components are separated. If we put the structural part into the fixture and look at the end of the hot melt, we can find that when the clamp base is close to the limiter, the obvious impact causes the structural part to separate before the hot melt. After that, the hot melt is also separated.
The solution is: first look at the actual running time and the configuration time of the process. If the latter is greater than the former, you can directly adjust the slow process on the limiter; if the two are equivalent to the first reset, then adjust the current limit. The structure after the actual effect does not separate the influence of the components.
(2) The assembly structure is not in place
Especially when the night shift is more sleepy, I feel that the assembly is very good, but the rear heat-melt structural parts are separated. Others can clearly see that the operator of the hot melt machine is only instinctively engaged in the cycle of the assembly-hot melt-removal process, and there is no clear understanding of whether the assembly is in place.
The solution is: the operator is soberly engaged in the operation of the hot melt machine.
(3) The hot melt column is too short
Even if everything is done in accordance with normal operating specifications, when the hot melt adhesive is completed, when the structural parts are taken out of the hot melt fixture, the structural parts will be separated. If the thermal fusion process is observed during the whole process, it can be found that after the thermal fusion is finished, the fixing device has not yet taken out the structural parts, and their assembly is very suitable, but the thermal imprint is not enough to play a fixed role and separate.
The solution is to reduce the height of the hot melt head as much as possible without any adverse effects, or replace the hot melt head on the tip surface, and the purpose is to increase the column head of the hot melt column as much as possible to make the structural components more firmly fixed.
